New L5 GPS on iPhone 14 pro

does anyone know that if i have the apple watch series 7 and the iphone 14 pro, does the new L5 GPS on my iphone sync with my apple watches compass to give me essentially L5 accurate positioning on my watch, through my phones data by mathematically adjusting it to where my watch is on my arm?

theoretically it should be capable of easily doing that if implemented, since its just math right? im curious if anyone knows
