Hi, all. I’m an extremely green kitchen worker and want to build up some sort of experience with cooking dishes. Problem is that I work in a pizza shop in this moment. When I inevitably bounce, I’d like to have something to fall back on in terms of cooking knowledge/skills. Where can I learn?

I already know that the actual best teacher would be getting a kitchen job but I’m trying to make a dollar out of fifteen cents rn
