Bills QB Josh Allen is warming up with his likely game day WRs and TEs, and rookie WR Khalil Shakir is among them. He was a 5th round pick from Boise State and showed well in camp and preseason. Inactive for week 1 vs. Rams, but there's confidence he can contribute tonight.
