Doomsday should have it in the bag. As the tier Apocalypse was highballed to, gets bodied by high end Doomsday.

Apocalypse doesn't have the options available to kill Doomsday. While Doomsday outscales him.

Well for starters there is no energy source Doomsday runs off of for Apocalypse to syphon off.
Meanwhile all the ways that Apoc can harm Doomsday will be adjusted to by his adaptive defenses.
So unless Apoc somehow has the stats to blitz Doomsday, hes just gonna get outscaled
Apoc does counter a very specific kind of herald really. His hax won't matter against Doomsday, and he has very few ways of even getting past his existing adaptations, let alone killing him. Whereas Doomsday has the stats to compete with him physically at every level. Apoc's regeneration is the only real factor, as Doomsday likely couldn't counter it beyond destroying the death seed. Not sure how strong Apoc's innate regenerative capabilities are though.
So stalemate, or Doomsday win I'd say.
