What are your verses of the day

Matthew 24:6-8

6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.(A) There will be famines(B) and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains

These are the beginning contractions! End times were compared to a woman in labor. It’s going to get worse.

Put on the full armor of God to strengthen you, lest you turn into one of them and lose the faith.

Matthew 24: 9-13

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted(C) and put to death,(D) and you will be hated by all nations because of me.(E) 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets(F) will appear and deceive many people.(G) 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.(H)

I’m sorry but we must prepare to die. Everyone is going to die in less than 7 years anyway. Jesus is returning at the end and we ALL will be judged. Christians need to be willing to die a little in advance and save our souls. Jesus is Lord and God promises us everlasting life for believing and not taking the mark of the beast.

Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Great Tribulation by 2030? I mean, it seems some are actively working to fulfill prophecy, I have hope yet that God will not allow anyone to push His Hand and bring upon the end of the age before the fullness of time. Either way, a Christian should live every day as if it were the end, because no one is guaranteed to see the next sunrise or sunset.

Today was the Feast of Saint Matthew, the Gospel reading was Matthew 9:9-13, where Jesus calls Matthew the tax collector to become His disciple, and also rebukes the Pharisees with this: “Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Always nice to remember Our Blessed Lord cane to save wretched sinners like us.

(Isaiah 3:12)

“12 Youths oppress my people, women rule over them. My people, your guides lead you astray; they turn you from the path.”

Seems like the pro-choice movement to me. It’s the great moral evil of our time.
