Looking to buy 150 PC's where should I start?

My organization is in need of about 150 PC's and some monitors as well. Specs are Gen10+ or equivalent CPU, 16GB, 512G HDD, and able to handle 1920 - 1080 resolution.

What's a good way to go about this?
