What causes speeds to drop to 100 download from near gig speeds?

I accidentally unplugged my gateway eero as I was moving some stuff around the power outlet. I put it back and noticed I was lagging. did a speed test via the app and am getting 100 down. Normally it’s around 950. What can cause this? I’ve since power cycled the modem and eero again. Still lagging. Spoke to my ISP and they said all is good on their end. It’s been about an hour and still slow download. Unsure what to do at this point. Didn’t have this issue until I accidentally unplugged the eero.
