Keep and Switch

Hello,

I recently took advantage of Keep and Switch. Paid my 13PM off from AT&T, unlocked, ported my number, submitted my rebate, and it got accepted. Currently awaiting the card.

I have a question. For other carriers, generally these types of promo are tied to a chargeback for the full amount of the rebate should you leave within, for example, 12 months. I have seen posts from a couple years ago saying that T-Mobile doesn’t do this.

I just wanted to make sure that this was still the case. I’ve read through the full terms and couldn’t find anything about it. And I don’t plan on switching. I just want to have my bases covered in case something comes up, cause I normally steer clear of carrier promotions to save myself the stress.
