Wifi calling not activating

I just signed up for service today with two lines. One has Wifi calling working but the other I cannot activate it. When I try on my iPhone, I get a message to call 800-922-0204. I chatted with support and they last said to reset network settings and wait an hour and try again. But it still isn't working. Any other suggestions?
