Can't link my checking account to my TD Bank credit card account to make payments. Weird error.
Just got off the phone with TD, they're as puzzled as I am. I opened a TD Bank Cash credit card account with them last month and now that the statement posted I went to the app to add my Chase checking account as a payment account. When I fill in all of the fields, I get an error about a value exceeding a limit, but none of the fields show as triggering the error. Same error happens when I try logging in via my laptop.
I called and explained the issue, they tried it on their end and are having the same problem. I ended up making a payment on the phone, but going forward that is going to get annoying. I pay all of my other credit cards via my checking account, and I've never had this issue with them.
Has anyone else experienced this glitch?

Yea I had that happen with the target card( td collaboration) but also with a td checking account, the payment was originally taken out, than put back and taken off my checking statement; with the balance returned to my card! But luckily it was well before my due date and noticed and after I put the info in and payed, it went through correctly.
