AirPod audio on Apple Watch sounds different than my iPhone X. I prefer my watch’s audio, how can I replicate it with my iPhone?

Google searches led me to the conclusion that AW plays audio at lower quality, and without Spatial audio. Regardless, the difference is undeniable, and I prefer the AW’s sound signature. Online resources show most people feel the complete opposite, and claim AW’s audio is terrible, but my ears didn’t get the memo. Hell, it even seems as though it has spatial audio, only clearer.

Attempts to replicate the sound while using my iPhone X (specifically using Apple Music) include:

-disabling Spatial Audio

-modifying all Dolby under AM settings (Automatic, always on, always off)

-downloading in Dolby Atmos

-modifying download/streaming settings (high quality, lossless, hi-res)

-using my iPad 9th gen and android device

-enabling/disabling/modifying Headphone Accommodations

-enabling/disabling sound check

-enabling/disabling sounds safety

-using my Airpod pros and Max’s

-streaming and downloading music

The above points were also applied in my watch (when applicable). I’ve spent more time than I’m willing to admit and nothing works. Even when adjusting combinations of the above points. The AW interface is horrible with large playlists and “listen now” uses my phone playback if I use the phone’s controls. I’m assuming this is too uncommon for a solution, but I’m out of options.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I don’t care if you its lower quality, my ears won’t budge.
