Does anyone else get a clicking noise in their throat/neck?

I've recently discovered this sub and realised that I relate to so many of you here. I'm now 99% sure I have R-CPD after discovering it here on reddit and then researching it.

I just wondered as I haven't seen anything mentioned about it if anyone else gets a clicking noise in their throat that is often at the same rate as their heart rate? This especially happens as im laying down.

It could be totally unrelated but am just curious.
