Makes sense!

I too treat myself to a regular Monster here and there. For the most part though I drink sugar-free Rockstar because it's consistently $1.50 at Target.

I hated sweeteners for so long. Then we got sugar tax in the UK and they all started using them, took me a while but I can only slightly taste the difference now, although full sugar ones are a nice treat now and again. I read it takes a while for your taste buds to get used to them.

Sugar free is usually what I opt for! Over time the difference in taste was less bothersome. I just find that sometimes the sugarfree versions leaves me with a dry mouth and feeling more dehydrated than an energy drink that contains sugar.

Sugar free everytime. Sweetness are absolutely fine for you. I do prefer sugar ones though but if it's for health reasons the sugar free ones are best.

I've heard not good. But that's what I'm hoping to learn more about!

What's the better of the two?

I debate it every time I buy a Rockstar. (Sugar free or regular) Rot my teeth or potentially negatively affect insulin levels? I'm not the most knowledgeable on this matter so any info helps!
