My sim racing wheel doesnt line up with the steering wheel

Ok so recently I have been having a problem with forza and my sim wheel. this wheel works fine with every other game i play, but for some reason, it wont line up properly in forza. The sim wheel only has a max steering angle on 90 degrees, which is the same as the visible wheel in first person forza, but for some reason i can only turn my wheel around 30-40 degrees before it was reached the furthest it wheel steer in the game. someone pls help
