Is having a wide range of career fields and interests a disadvantage?

I am, what one might call a jack of all trades. I've worked across several fields totally unrelated to each other and I'm pretty okay at all of the things that I do. I diversified my portfolio to figure out what to pick as a career later in life. But now that I have decided to settle on a career path that I like, recruiters are pointing out a long list of skills on my resumé unrelated to each other and they think that I'm either lying or saying that I'm not consistent or faithful enough to stick to a particular field. For reference, I have worked as a graphic designer, a social media marketing manager (handling recruitment operations), a professional photographer, a small business owner and I've had laboratory training in biotechnology and biochemistry. I'm 24, with 2 years of work experience and I'm still considered a fresher in my field. Is the market too competitive or are the recruiters right about my resumé being all over the place? I'm broke.
