Seeking recommendations: urban neoprene 24x36 battle mat.

So I’m considering taking the plunge into terrain (primarily for Alpha Strike but also terrain rules classic) and I’ve found some buildings I like at Death Ray Designs and potentially a Leopard-style dropship to go with them. What I haven’t been able to find, though, is a neoprene battle mat that I like. I need something in a kitchen table size (24x36 is about as large as I can go in the space I have) and ideally I’d like it to have appropriately-scaled roads printed on it so I can align the buildings to them. Also great, if such a product exists, would be just a basic badlands/desert/grasslands flipside. I just spent about two hours looking at various places and I haven’t found one that fits the bill yet. None of the Catalyst maps seem quite right for hexless urban play, but I do like that size. Are there third party folks making these that I’m just not seeing?
