Have you talked to your psych about those dreams? Often they can be caused (or prevented by) meds.

I have all she does is up my anxiety meds.

I do have a lot of medical issues so it could be that those meds don't work with my other meds maybe? I have straight up said i wish i didn't dream quite a few times to her
