its good news , wasnt too much of a pump. next qurstion for the price is the burnrate improvement today and more precise math and understanding how long it will take.

wont be surprised if see a reversal to bearish, as a few scenario models suggested it will take about 15 years to reach the previous circulation, so i think the best tactic is buy at a comfortable amount that can let you hold for 15 years.. thats how people did for BTC.. just spent 1K for ROI more than 1MIL after a decade.. nice deal

Buy the rumour sell the news. Lots of build up to binance posting burn numbers. Expect a small dump

I have to imagine it'll be a reasonable dump although we might see a spike for a small moment as numbers are released.
Everybody is talking about how this is going to be big, but I just fail to see how that can be the case. Like the numbers are right there.
Trading volumes have been something like $1.2b per day on average? About 4 trillion LUNC. Binance accounts for only a portion of that, but let's say every single transaction went through Binance anyways.
Binance charges a 0.1% fee which is all they said they would burn, which would be charged to both the seller and the buyer so 0.2% per transaction.
1/1000th of 4 trillion is 4 billion per day, so assuming every trade is made on Binance and all buyers and sellers pay the full 0.1%, that's 8 billion per day.
I would personally be pleasantly surprised if on Tuesday, after 12 days, Binance burns more than 40b.
But there's just no telling what people will do. It seems many don't realise how little 40b or 2.3b per day actually is.

I don’t think it’ll be 40b, prob closer to half that maybe low 20s. But that’s more than we’ve burned off in months. it’s good to see a huge step forward in progress, even if small. And the hope is well see a few other larger exchanges hop on board

It could be the run up to the Binance burn. TA was also signalling a trend reversal so people may have bought on the buy signal.
