Share your thoughts if you have used invoice OCR software for your company

I've really heard a lot about invoice OCR software, it has some great advantages, and I wonder whether it will soon be used by every type of organization.

Does anyone among you have any practical experience with AP automation? I learned about it at Affinda and the ways it can improve how you conduct business.

It's great since it will simplify your operations, increase your staff's efficiency while processing supplier invoices, and free up hours of their time. Have you considered what kind of business this is the ideal answer for, though?

I remember how I even wasn't sure if this tool would recognize all the fields that are typically found on invoices, such as the due date, PO Number, bank information, invoice number, etc.

However, the software's ability to distinguish between the various fields based on the text in the document is what matters most to me and, I believe, to all of us.
