Iphone with unresponsive screen and broken fingerprint censor

Is there any way to recover the data lost on this device? I mainly want to access photos as they are a source of many memories but also the note book. Anyone got a similar issue? As said in the title the phone is completely unresponsive and the touch screen does not work at all, there is no way to unlock the phone as far as i am aware. Any ideas?
