Does 5600G support 4 sticks of ram at 3200 Mt/s?

I have a pc with 5600G with 2x8 gb sticks. I'd like to upgrade the ram to 32 gb with 2 more 8gb sticks. But I'm not sure I'd I'll get 3200 Mt/s if I all 4 dimm slots. I've seen some posts about 4 sticks limiting ram speed to 2666 Mt/s. Help me find the answer to this please.
