Bikefit adjustments with equipment changes

Hi all, I had a bikefit at the beginning of the year and since then have had some changes in equipment because I had to sell some parts. I don’t have money for another bikefit anytime soon, so I’m trying to figure out what changes I need to make in seat height, setback and reach to make it as similar as possible to when I had the bikefit. The bike model is still the same. The position has been feeling a bit off and I have some issues with knee pain (front of knee radiating towards inside and radiating to inside back of knee), lower back pain (core strength is not the problem), perineal numbness and foot numbness. The cleat position was transfered to my new shoes by a bikefitter so I assume that is correct.

I know that changes in height by millimeters also affect the fore/aft position to get the saddle in the same position in relation to the bottom bracket. With all these changes I can’t figure out the exact difference.

When I had the bikefit I had these components:

  • Pro Vibe Aero handlebar 78mm reach
  • Bont Vaypor S shoes 3.6mm stack height
  • Selle Italia SLR Boost Superflow 130mm
  • Shimano Ultegra pedals 15.8mm stack height
  • 165mm cranks

Now I have these:

  • Pro PLT handlebar 75mm reach
  • S-Works Ares shoes 5mm stack height
  • Selle Italia SLR Boost (non Superflow version) 130mm
  • Shimano PD R550 pedals 16.5mm stack height
  • 170mm cranks

Bikefit:

  • Saddle height 699mm
  • Tip saddle to center of bar 518mm
  • Saddle behind BB -42mm

I’ve also been feeling a tiny bit cramped up in the front end and would love to try out a stem that is 10mm longer. This would not change the position of the saddle right? After getting the saddle position correct I assume I can just put on the longer stem to try.

Help with the calculations and measurement is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
