Premiere Pro crashes on Effect

So I've been using Premiere Pro CC 2018 since well... 2019 I believe, whenever they went full cloud and removed the amtlib.dll file usage. No problems as it's been successfully cracked for years. Hell, I was even on it earlier today and it was just fine. Well earlier this evening, I tried importing a .mogrt file I downloaded from Envato's website to use for a project I want to do and since then it's been crashing constantly. Other templates I downloaded and opened worked fine as they were Premiere Pro projects.

I've cleared the media cache, changed the media encoder, unchecked import workspaces, reset workspaces, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, even held ALT to reset my preferences (that option never adjusted btw) and nothing is working. Specifically it crashes (more like closes itself without warning) when I choose the Effects tab. Assembly, Editing, Color, all other tabs transition fine but only Effects will cause it to close. I've tried several different video clips to test and r of its bad media but they all end with the same result.

Please tell me one of you out there knows how to fix this. I use PP for my 2nd job so I need to get back up and running.
