Why can’t we be more like the French? (There I said it)

So after the absolute omnishambles of the last couple of weeks, my daughter and I decided to go up to Brum to protest the Tory party conference.

Well the delegates must have been laughing their asses off. There were about 50 people, with only a few protesting about recent events. There were anti vaxxers, smart motorway protestors, and a few disabled people, and that was it.

There was as many police as protestors.

So we went to Victoria Square and there was as many people there, Stop the War, Marxists, et al.

I was expecting a minimum of a few hundred at least.

If this was France Birmingham city centre would have been rammed with protestors.

We are never gonna effect change unless we stop being keyboard warriors and actually get out and do something.

If we are this apathetic we deserve everything we get.
