Need help with a biiiig bug

So somehow, my char got stuck in a scenario, but also it didnt? I can do everything mostly, but when i go infront of Orgrimmar, it is stuck in the scenario, where Sylvanas gets “crowned” warchief(and also the funeral of Vol’jin) and the demon attack happens. So far it didnt hinder me, but now since brewfest is happening, i noticed that the outside is in a different time phase, i cannot participate in brewfest, and probably nothing else that happens infront of Orgrimmar. Other problem is, if i want to complete the Legion stories, i need the prolouge quest line to be completed, and i guess it doesnt count as completed, since i cannot accept stormheim, or other starting quests. The map says that i can get a quest there(Demons Among Us), that could probably fix my issue, but Allari the Souleater doesnt provide me with the quest, and since i am on the current max lvl, Chromie wont give me an option, to timewalk, and start over the legion scenario, to clear out the place finally. Anybody with similar issues? Or anybody that could help me?
