Long-time surveyor, just got LSIT

Is there an avenue for surveyors with decades of experience, who only recently got their LSIT, to forgo at least some of the 4 years of post-LSIT experience in order to become eligible for the PS exam? I know it’s all specific to each state (I’m in Missouri) but is that something that any state allows?
