Should I come back to GW2?

Hey guys!

I used to be a huge fan of GW2 back in 2012-2014, after that I stopped playing. I know that a shit ton changed since then.

Population/future potential is a huge factor for me when it comes to MMOs. GW2 seems to be in the top5 most populated MMOs right now, it seems to have a healthy player population. Although it is hard to predict, but would you guys say that GW2 will be popular in the next few years or is arenanet in kind of a stagnant state in terms of development/future plans after 10 years?

Thanks :)
