Teleporting question

Hi people, Ive been using the app now for a few days but I was wondering if I could teleport to someplace before opening the app. I couldnt seem to think of a way to do this. I want to "simulate" real life play as much as possible. So like pretending im using public transport and whatnot to reach destinations without overly seeming to teleport all over the place. I feel this mitigates the risk to get banned.

So my question: How to teleport before opening the app?
