Somebody please tell me what to do!!!!

I’m 24 hours into codeine withdrawal and I’m feeling really rough. I’ve taken 6mg of Buprenorphine but it hasn’t done anything at all.

I still feel rough and uncomfortable. My mind is racing like crazy and I can’t stop crying.

I have lots of Bupe and some Valium. Please can somebody just tell me what to do so that I feel better, please please please. I know you aren’t doctors I just need help.
