Is there any way to counter hair loss?

I don’t really want to stop taking bupropion as it has helped immensely with my energy and as a honestly more impactful side effect it pretty much cured the migraines I had been dealing with.

I started taking it around 9 months ago, and noticed hair thinning around 2 months ago. It’s not too severe but I am worried about it continuing/getting worse. Given the timeline, I’m not even sure it’s due to bupropion.

I think it could actually be due to my weight loss/appetite loss that was definitely a side effect of bupropion. (If anyone has tips to help with that please let me know, I’m bordering on underweight).

Anyway, has anyone used hair regrowth medications like Rogaine that helped with the loss? Or is the only way to stop it to stop Wellbutrin?
