I’m afraid for the future things I have no control over

The stock market and my 401k are tanking. Russia is about to start a global thermonuclear war. China is on one side and nato is on the other. The global economy is whackadoo to the point where true smartest economists can’t figure it out. At any minute I can lose everything I’ve ever worked for and there’s nothing I can do about it. I feel like taking everything out of all my accounts and moving to Montana or somewhere super remote
