Customer opened a Dispute claiming i scam him

Hello, my name is Dragossy Denis.

So everything began like this,

The customer saw my listed accounts on PlayerAuction, he bought the account but the payment did not verify yet and i told him to cancel the order because it was more than 1 week i believe since i posted the account for sale, in that 1 week i grinded more so on it so i wanted to charge more for it, everything is good and i changed the price, he bought it again and he received Full Acces to everything, E-Mail aswell, it's been around 8/9 Days after he bought the account, then when i checked my PlayerAuction Balance because it's been a update on the Disbursment, from 14 Days to 7 Days anyway, i saw that i had 0$ Balance and a Dispute Open against me, he was claiming that i reclaimed the account and that i've been chatting with him on Discord which i did not but the funny thing is, on the Order he messaged me to add him on discord but i did not pay any attention and effort to his question because i thought he is new on the website and doesn't know the rules and that it is against distributing info like asking to add on Discord / Skype etc. but then i saw the dispute and i knew he is a scammer and he's been doing this for a long time because he came prepared and everything.
