Optics mounting Options

Hello, I just ordered a KR103 and was curious as to which mounting option I should go with, I’m torn between the Dog Leg Rail, AK master mount, or the Midwest Industry handguard. Optic will be either Eotech 512 or Vortex Venom depending on which option you guys think I should go with. Thanks guys!
