Costco (C-wheels) reliable for winter?

I have a 2018 (b9) s4 and was thinking about getting C- wheels with Michelin x-ice snow this winter. I live in Manitoba so we have terrible winters and I don't want to ruin my summer rims.

Does anyone have an opinion/ experience with Costco wheels??
