Does anyone know how to enable the "Charger not connected properly" pop up?

For some reason it had the "Don't ever show this again" button right next to it and as i was swiping something and my finger hit that. I need it cause it is useful but of course my mess up removed it, don't know if that is what it said but it's the same meaning.
