Is there a place/YouTube channel/webpage where there is really helpful tips for New(ish) players

I’m fairly new to the game only been playing a few weeks. I’m mainly a ground player, but I play air just to break up the gameplay a bit. But i’m really struggling to find info on certain aspects of the game so I just want to see if there’s somewhere I can get this info!

Some things I don’t understand as of yet:

• Ammo types (especially ground) and if there’s a one size fits all and what different types are good and bad if not and why sometimes it’s a one shot and other times it takes about 10 hits

• BR … Ive managed to get myself a small BR 3.7 (British Tanks) lineup in ground yet somehow when I go into a game I will see someone with an Avenger or Sherman Firefly which I believe are 4.7 tanks and I don’t quite understand how matchmaking works

• Air Gameplay - how to not get shot out of the sky in about 30 seconds (I know this is probably just a skill issue)

I’ve got a lot more questions but if anyone can point me in the direction to some new player help, answer any of the ones I’ve already mentioned here or have any advice for a semi-new player that can’t quite get their head around things then any advice is welcome (I know I also need to get good)
