Question: how is my location determined?

I am from the Netherlands, so far I can see this is visible in my profile. Language is also in Dutch, so that looks fine. But all my products are sold to people in France. I thought it maybe was a coincidence, but I recently boosted one of my products and the review I got back from that from Vinted was in French. Soooo does anyone know how I can check if my location is okay?
