I think I hit an artery

TW talk abt blood flow

I'm ok now but that was scary as fuck.

It's still bleeding but it's bleeding like my cuts usually do at the beginning. It's been 10 minutes. Blood was fucking gushing out of this thing.

I've never actually had to apply pressure to it before. This time I did. There was so much fucking blood.

I aimed for it to. I've gone for those visible ones before but I thought they were veins and always caused to slow bleeding. This one fucking gushed. There was a deeper and bigger one that I almost hit a while ago (I could see it through the dermis) and I don't know what I would have done. I panicked today, I only knew what to do cuz I just did my red cross emergency first aid.

And it was a tiny fucking thing. I understand now how cutting the wrists can be so fucking deadly. Oh my god.

This one didn't hurt at all too? I literally feel no pain - I almost always feel pain. If it weren't for needing to be somewhere in a few minutes I woulda just let this one bleed for a bit tbh. It woulda been fascinating cuz it didn't hurt at all. Like I didn't even feel it, there was nothing. Just blood.
