daith piercing bump won't go away

hello! i got a daith piercing about 4 months ago, and so far it's healing decently. the only problem is a big bump on one of the sides. it's not swollen, itchy or hurting, but the stupid bump won't go away! i don't know what to do next, i have used aspirin and bacitracine, the bump goes down a bit, but the next day it gets full again :') my friend told me that the piercing is not placed correctly, is that the reason? or maybe that i sleep on it unintentionally?
