Peak season

So I’ve been at Amazon for about 2 months and a week. This will be my first peak season, I’ve heard from some others it’s hard and some say it’s worth the money. I have really bad joint problems and bad mental health I can’t handle 40 hours weeks as it is, and I work ps and it’s usually busy anyways .. what can I do to try and maybe move myself from ps ( we need people so idk if this will work) or to get myself out of met when it does start!
