Life insurance declined, do I have to declare?

So I was looking at getting some life insurance, which was declined for "lifestyle", which was likely the "do you ride a motorbike" question....

Would this now be something that I'd have to declare when looking to get motorcycle insurance when they ask if I've ever been refused insurance?
