Can I be sued for this

I drive a crew cab long bed truck lifted with wider tires and when I come down the hill I’m going about 25 mph and I slow down to about 15-20 to make a right hand turn but I clip one of my neighbors gravel but if I don’t I go to the opposite side of the road way I am wondering if they can come after me in a lawsuit for hitting they’re gravel?
