Really like this, and good sense of “pulse” and rhythm. I love short and sweet poems. Nice work

I like this because I relate in a sense. 

My only constructive criticism would be that the final line has a cadence that’s sorta… off-beat to the rest. At least, my head reads it with a confused tone. Like, there’s a choppy-ness in a way and the final line has enough length to cut the choppy feeling but leaves my brain slightly unsatisfied. Like another line is about to happen but doesn’t come. Maybe it’s intentional, which I can see too. Leaving the reader with a longing taste similar to the addiction aspect of the theme. I hope this is helpful. :x Short and sweet though, I like it.
