[FAQ] The Official /r/OKjobs Frequently Asked Questions Thread

Note: This post will be updated and maintained from time to time to help provide information and links to different websites and places that can aid in finding a job.

Subreddit Posting Guidelines

This subreddit is a place for Oklahoma based redactors to find work and connect with others to find work.

  • Do not post out of state jobs in this subreddit unless they are a response to a [For Hire] or [Seeking] post.
  • When posting about an ad or an opening, please place "[Hiring]" in the post title so it will appear green and be searchable using the sidebar link.
  • When posting about yourself, your resume or what kind of position you're looking to find, please place "[For Hire]" or "[Seeking] in the post title so it will appear blue and be searchable using the sidebar link.
  • Other posts, including discussions about companies or listings, are allowed and encouraged. They will show up with a black link color. If you do not include one of the above post tags, or misspell the post tag, your link may also show up black.
  • No "spammy" or fake job ads may be posted. Any posts which contain spam will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be banned. If you see any posts that fulfill this description, please use the report link.
