New leaves growing damaged on my Nepenthes

Here's a picture from the top of my nepenthes:

https://ibb.co/SnTfQHD

I have it since 10 months or so and it has been thriving and growing like crazy. But the last 2 leaves (and also looks like the next ones are coming out weird) grew like you can see in the picture, with some deformity, and not healthy enough to promote trap growth ay the end of them.

What can be the cause and how can I fix it?

Thanks a lot!

Agreed. Get a magnifying glass and look carefully under the leaves and all over for mites. Try BioAdvanced 3-in-1 Insect, Disease & Mite Control. Or Bioadvanced Houseplant insect & Mite control.

I couldn't find any visible pests... Do you think I should treat with insecticide any way? I know that carnivorous plants are extra-sensitive compared to other plant, so I don't want to kill it with a preventive pest treatment...

But I also don't want to be to late and have it die or get long term damage!

Well I think it's pests. I'd treat it anyway. Follow label directions.

Can't find any!

Funny that you mention this, because I had a monstera with thrips like two months ago. I treated with insecticide and now they're all gone and it got healthy again.

But when this happened I checked all other plants on the room regularly, including my nepenthes, and never found any... Just checked again and nothing, I can't see living pest.

Should I treat with insecticide any way? I know that carnivorous plants are extra-sensitive compared to other plant, so I don't want to kill it with a preventive pest treatment...

The one that I have and that freed my monstera from thrips is a pyrethrine/oil/isopropanol one. How safe is it to use on nepenthes?
