Open Problem
How are people
to be captured?
The method
itself limits
who is in scope.
A lens is
a boundary.
Beyond it:
blindness.
Behind the lens
the optic nerve:
blindness.
We attempt
to render the invisible
in the absence
of agreed definitions
of the invisible.
We attempt to enclose
those living
just out of frame.
Half-found from excerpts of "Can we capture homelessness? A critical evaluation of 'Capture-Recapture'" (Williams, 2010), which I do not recommend as an academic paper, but have stolen from anyways.
