Chess Played By a Master; All the King's Horses and All the King's Men

So where are we?

Let's just take a look at what is happening within CytoDyn to give us an idea of where we are.

---

It is not obscure that CytoDyn is being oppressed and suppressed by Big Money as led by Big Pharma.

It is clear that Leronlimab was given the short end of the stick in the Covid 19 trial by only being allowed 2 doses instead of 4.

It is also clear that Amarex knowingly sabotaged CytoDyn's BLA for HIV and did not continue annual updates of the Investigator's Brochure nor of the ISS or the ISE, (Integrated Summaries of Safety and Effectiveness).

Without these documents being updated annually, how could the FDA not impose a clinical Hold on Leronlimab? After all, it was precisely these documents that reports the safety and efficacy for all of the studies on Leronlimab and is required to be updated annually to provide any and all investigators of Leronlimab exactly what they need to perform their duties. Since Amarex withheld the data, and when they did provide it to us under duress and only after $6.5 million bond was put up for the data, it was presented to CytoDyn in improper format and the Investigator's Brochure could not be updated on time and had expired. The FDA had no choice but to impose the clinical hold.

---

Some of the implications of the hold being imposed: CytoDyn has axed it's Covid 19 program indefinitely. Even Long Haulers may be off the table for the foreseeable future.

CytoDyn's HIV program has been thwarted to almost a complete stop. Leronlimab, the drug with zero adverse side effects, a "p-value" of 0.032 in HIV and has produced zero detectable HIV viral load in HIV positive patients for 7 years in over 1,000 patients is dead in the water until further notice. Now it hangs in the balance waiting for the results of the external audit as to whether or not to re-submit the BLA for HIV to get the drug back on the table in front of the FDA for approval.

Since NASH and Oncology were not necessarily effected by the clinical hold because, CytoDyn did not have sufficient trial data in these indications, NASH and Oncology were not as directly impacted by the FDA's imposing of the clinical hold as were Covid 19 and HIV, so, therefore, the clinical hold was not imposed on NASH or Oncology. However, the impact of the clinical hold was so severe, that it caused CytoDyn essentially, to reduce its involvement in a currently on going Covid 19 trial in Brazil and just about all activity in HIV has come to a crawl if not a screeching halt. Despite this, it seems that CytoDyn grows ever stronger, with each and every unceasing blow, dished at it by its enemies, coming at it harder and faster, one after the other, the harder and more frequent, the better.

Let us not forget the arbitration that CytoDyn is involved in with Amarex. But, this one, CytoDyn shall be the victor. Sidley Austin is accounting all what this is worth and will dish it back at them and impale them with it, right where it hurts.

---

With all this going on, it seems pretty glum for CytoDyn. A Repressive and Oppressive environment is the abode, the milieu. Even Big Money has it in for CytoDyn. They have 8,000,000 shares they can move in the blink of an eye. Whereas, it takes over a week of trading before longs and traders could muster 8M shares traded in total, let alone, all of them either being long or all being short. For that, it would take 2 or 3 weeks to dedicate 8 million long or 8 million short through traders, but, yet shorts can move that many shares, one way or another, either to Renew their short bets or to Cover for their borrowed shares, 8,000,000 in a day or even twice or thrice daily. And this is, mind you, is CytoDyn's long share holder's competition and Cyrus' competition as well. The short cabal, Big Money, run by hedge funds aligned with Big Pharma and Big Media, who have the deep pocketed funds in the billions that Retailers only wished for and who have the inclination, the direction, as dictated by their master controller who is Big Pharma, who only has one motivation, that CytoDyn and Leronlimab be squashed. Yet, because of the solid share holder base, and Cyrus utterly confounding them, the short cabal finds themselves stealing from each other while unwittingly, setting themselves up for an utter demise.

I think I know one thing about Cyrus. He is NOT a man capable of compromise of his principles. Rather, he is a man of discipline. He would not compromise Leronlimab and if he were Chief when negotiating with the FDA whether two Leronlimab jabs were sufficient vs. whether four Leronlimab jabs were actually necessary, he would not have compromised away the two extra Leronlimab jabs which eventually led to the loss of clinical efficacy as stated by the FDA with our less than optimal "p-value" of greater than 0.05.

By not compromising, Cyrus would have given CytoDyn the approval for Covid had the safety and effectiveness data been performed properly for Covid and who even knows what the answer to that is, except for the board as well as for the internal and external auditors. No, Cyrus would not even compromise with his own ideals and give in and talk to the shareholders pre-emptively. And Cyrus will not compromise and do things out of order. Cyrus is starting afresh. Anew. As if it is day 1 and that is why it feels like it does as a shareholder in CytoDyn right now. Because, it is starting a new, but with some good news and some bad news.

Cyrus introduces the Scientific Advisory Board. He knows the future. He is doing things right from the get go. He is not starting where someone else left off. He is establishing a foundation and building off of it. He is not depending on the stability of a foundation built by someone else. He is shoring up his own by introducing an External Auditor to validate the working of the Internal Audit committee to enforce outcomes. He is shoring up his own stature as well as the role of his colleagues and VIPs. The recent SEC releases disclose the distribution of shares. Hints of his intent are reflected almost daily in nuances. He will not be understood and he plays with a poker face.

If Cyrus had a say, and he may have a say, but, if he does have a say, he will not compromise when it comes to the Amarex arbitration and I'm not sure if Sidley Austin will or will not consult with Cyrus on whether or not to accept a certain settlement, but if they did consult with Cyrus or if it were up to Cyrus alone, Cyrus would get his way with Amarex and Amarex would concede to his demands.

However, the point is, that when it comes time to deal with CytoDyn, the partnering company will have to deal with Cyrus and we can be assured that CytoDyn will have the upper hand. Leronlimab will not be substituted. Partners will not "toy" with CytoDyn, nor with Leronlimab. CytoDyn nor Leronlimab will be taken advantage of in any/all partnership agreements coming. For example, When a drug is to be combined with Leronlimab, it shall only be with Leronlimab and there will be no other possible combinations for the partner's drug for it to be approved. The partner only gets to combine with Leronlimab, if and only if, they combine with Leronlimab alone and that it may not have other competing combination drugs associated with its approval.

---

So with what I have explained above about the clinical hold and the Investigational Brochure, the ISS & ISE as well as the massive imbalance of the Short Cabal armed by millions of shares held by hedge funds vs. the Retail share holders who buy and sell just a few thousand of shares at a time without a central controller, and with the looming outcome of the Amarex arbitration, does Cyrus have any choice but NOT to compromise? How do you think Cyrus feels with these big walls surrounding him on every side? Every day, with no way out, something new presents itself orchestrated by Big Pharma, that he has to contend with. Faithfully, unceasingly, working forthright and diligent, righting the wrongs, facing the situation, the obstacles, one by one, day by day, to the point now, where they have become scared of him, because they thought they thought they were undefeatable, their stronghold, unsinkable. Little do they know, they built the Titanic. CytoDyn has benefited greatly in bring Cyrus to the forefront. He has shown himself able to tackle the millions with the thousands, able to flick the switch upon their attack, to blunt it and to confuse it. Behind closed doors, he strategizes and designs the attack, or the confusion, because he has the upper hand, he owns the work, he possess the two edged sword and dissects the way in towards the means to their merciless defeat, the road unto a definitive and assured CytoDyn spoil.

So the next move is? As to my question, where are we? So as determined essentially by Amarex, and thanks to CytoDyn's prior leadership, HIV has been laid aside for another day. Covid has been hammered. But Cyrus found a way to get that Investigational Brochure submitted which means that CytoDyn was successful in aggregating all the safety and efficacy data across all Amarex trials and that was surely validated by the external audit enforcer as well, otherwise, Cyrus would not have submitted the IB. So the IB passed the test of the external auditor. Like Scott Kelly said, "We have the data."

Since NASH and Oncology did not have sufficient clinical trials to produce safety and efficacy data, these indications have been left alone and therefore, these indications come to the forefront. Now, Cyrus strikes where he won't be hurt. He has the data on NASH and Oncology. There is more to NASH than we know and there is more to Oncology than we know. Think Mazen Noureddin and EASL from June, 2022 and MD Anderson and Naoto Ueno, Jangsoon Lee, Ph. D from 1 year ago and having 21 peer-reviewed publications of which 18 of them have Dr. Naoto Ueno name as well. But Cyrus knows.

He who plays the game: Cyrus, being a chess player, has got his rear flank arranged.

Two Rooks, two Knights, two Bishops, one Queen and one King.

I'm not sure how Cyrus plays, but I think at least for the time being, he has all the players for the game at hand, and he will re-arrange or arrange a new as the game changes as he sees fit. Here is a possible scenario for the game today. But remember, it is his game and his technique. He can play it the only way he knows is to win.

Right Rook: Mazen Noureddin, NASH, Mechanisms and Biomarkers;

Left Rook: Jordan Lake, HIV, NIH;

Right Knight: Hope Rugo, Breast Cancer who is widely published; Stefan Gluck, Celgene and Naoto Ueno, MD Anderson, Oncology;

Left Knight: Kabir Mody, GI Oncology, Liver, Pancreas and Eric Mininberg, Oncology and Hematology and Oncology;

Right Bishop: Jonah Sacha, HIV Prep and HIV Cure:

Left Bishop: Otto Yang, Covid 19, Long Haulers, Immunology;

Queen: Jay Lalezari, Principle Investigator; Scott Kelly, Chief Medical Officer & Chief Science Officer and Chris Recknor, Principle Investigator;

King: Antonio Migliarese, who deals with Big Money, Tanya Urbach who deals with big Media;

These men and women make up Cyrus' rear flank and they are his means of dealing with the entrapment that CytoDyn finds itself in. No, Cyrus is not silent, though he speaks little, nor is he still or inactive, though he boasts not. There are many pawns in the game who also serve him and perform his will, who moves the pieces and plays the game.

Next move Cyrus...
