it happens when you change the name of a verified channel
yeah it looks like channel name has been changed to xQc, but the URL is same old tho. And yeah I have seen it before when a channel name change got the verified badge removed.
I remember seeing that urls never change when you change channel name but I might be wrong

I got this email earlier today from youtube, all our usernames will be converted to URL like: youtube.com/c/channelname
And considering this email that I got today, it might be the reason xqc's team changed the name so it auto converts to that channel URL.
