Is that a Moonlander keyboard? Love those but they're just crazy expensive! (As an aside I'm loving the retro colour scheme between the desktop wallpaper and the Space Shuttle poster).

Thank you! Yeah it’s an Ergodox EZ, which was the predecessor to the Moonlander. They are indeed expensive, but I’ve had this keyboard for many years now and can’t imagine working without it.

The lettering is a 3D print of my own design, I’ll see if I can find the STL. The outline of the circuit was a gift from some former coworkers, I think it was from a website called TrackSculptures.

Is that what that red wording on the pin board says? And are y’all referring to the F1 track?

No idea what the wording is I just know the layout of the track. F1 races there but as do many many other series of racing :)

Curious about the monitor setup and if you're using a KVM to switch between the Laptop and what looks like a desktop PC on the left.
Also curious about your speakers! Love the setup!

Thanks! Nah no KVM magic here, there’s actually another desk to the left with a separate setup just for gaming.
The speakers are Audioengine A2 on top of Kanto S2 stands, they’re fairly old at this point but still sound great.

Thanks! I’m a software engineer. I mainly play a lot of strategy games like Crusader Kings, Civ, and AoE. Also play Halo, RDR2, and some retro emulated games.

Does the combination work well? I’m also considering a laptop for private/work and pc for gaming, if i have the money ;)

Yeah it works really well, remote work can make it difficult to disconnect so I find that having separate setups helps with that. Most of my work setup, including the laptop, was paid by my company.
