persisting low blood pressure + other stuff!

recently i've had a bout of isolated hypotension with readings of ~110/ 49-57. i've had a lot of lightheadedness and tiredness, with the occasional loss of concentration. also i should note last week i've had dribbling down in the privates and weird smelling urine, but the urine smell situation has stopped but i still continue to dribble. i've had the tiredness and lightheadedness for the past 1 week, but i remember about 3 weeks ago i had a similar feeling of constantly about to pass out, but i never got it checked out. this week, it started after a no-break 8 hr shift on sunday and has persisted since (i work at a gas station and am exposed to a lot of possible pathogens). i've asked my doctor and they don't really have a clue, only to contact them if they persist. blood test, urine test, and urine culture all have come back as normal. any clue as to what has been going on? i should also note i usually get about 3-5 hours of sleep during the weekdays for the past month, but i've increased it this week and not much has improved. it's extremely frustrating and causing me to worry. thank you all
